Welcome to Kiuwo, a product developed and operated by MeaWorld.com. By accessing or using Kiuwo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Kiuwo.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kiuwo. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Kiuwo is currently offered for free during its Beta phase. Access to all features is provided without cost. Mea World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Kiuwo, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
If we introduce paid plans or modify our pricing, you will be notified with at least 3 months' advance notice. Early adopters may benefit from exclusive offers.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All content, logos, and intellectual property related to Kiuwo are the property of Mea World. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials from Kiuwo without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the mind maps and other content you create with Kiuwo. By using Kiuwo, you grant Mea World a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and store your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
Your use of Kiuwo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Kiuwo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mea World does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Kiuwo.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mea World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Kiuwo.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of Kiuwo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
