Pricing questions
Credits are used for Kiuwo AI features. The Free plan includes 300 credits (one-time); with Plus and Premium, your balance renews every month.
They are indicative estimates. Usage changes with material length, the selected detail level, and the operations performed after generation.
If you use all 300 Free credits, you can upgrade to a paid plan. With Plus and Premium, you can wait for the monthly renewal or choose a plan with more credits.
Yes. You can manage your plan from your profile. Before confirmation, Kiuwo shows when the change takes effect and any applicable amounts.
The maps and materials you have already created remain available when you switch to a different plan.
Every member of an active Business organization can start a session from microphone audio and, when supported by the browser, meeting audio. Kiuwo transcribes the conversation and updates the map as the team works. People with access to the shared map can follow the transcript and, with edit permission, refine its structure together. After the session, the map remains editable and reusable.
Yes. Organization plans can be configured online, starting from 5 members.
